This 90 Minute class is a guys only class designed to educate Dad’s on how they can be the most supportive in the birth space and how they can advocate for themselves during the postpartum period. This is a lifechanging time for Dad’s too, we want to normalize some of the fears and hardships a new dad may experience. This class shows (in photos) a real hospital birth from start to finish and well as a home birth from start to finish.
