This 60 Minute class is intended to cover several commonly asked-about topics in a short amount of time. The intention behind a brief overview of several topics is to allow room for questions from everyone in the class. This class covers routine appointments, scans, tests and signs of labor or preterm labor. We also talk about supplements and nutrition leading up to labor, how to avoid an induction and what to do with medically necessary induction. We briefly talk about Breech babies and what to do with this news. We encourage couples to attend this class together and must purchase separate seats to ensure we have enough seating for all who attend. We encourage you to attend all 3 classes together to learn the most!
