CRISIS CARE LINE 406-200-8548

A mental health crisis is any situation in which a person's behaviors or symptoms put them at risk of hurting themselves or others and/or prevents them from being able to care for themselves (or their children) or function effectively. We encourage you to know the signs and read more about perinatal mental health at www.postpartum.net/perinatal-mental-health/

In the last year we have helped 6 different families navigate a mental health crisis related to the perinatal period. Providing over 300 hours of support at no cost in this community. We have walked alongside families who are admitted to the hospital as a psychiatric patient and supported families through legal trouble they have fallen into based on their mental health. We have spent countless hours coordinating care for families to be seen as new parents rather than a patient of the psych ward and assisted in finding the best inpatient facilities for them to utilize.

We are working on a foundation to help support these families who need immediate care and eventually working toward an inpatient facility to add more beds to the growing need throughout our community and opening the doors for women from around the country. We would love for you to give a gift of any amount in honor of someone you know who has experienced any mental health challenge during the perinatal period.

Please click the link below to give the gift of care, a potentially life saving gift - remember that $50 will provide an hour of care or initial care coordinating that often takes several hours of behind the scenes calls and emails. As professionals in our community we have built a pillar of trust with providers and can contact them much easier than a new family who is experiencing a crisis can.
