This class will cover healing and nutrition postpartum, the importance of sleep and how to identify you postpartum team! Hosted at Tree of Life Doula Care in downtown Bozeman, MT by a professional perinatal doula. You will receive a list of resources as well as a fillable packet to help you identify your strengths and your helpers.

There can be SO MUCH to learn when having a baby and getting to know your new little one! The learning curve is rather steep even if you’ve had some experience. And there is a lot of information being presented to you from all angles! Allow us to guide you along the way with our educational offerings designed to give you the information you need when you need it. Our intention is to make the most out of your time with targeted topics and focused sessions that directly relate to identified questions, challenges, and goals.
Classes cover various topics from conception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, babywearing and many more. Come to as many or as few as you would like. We offer classes geared toward Dads, Grandparents and other caregivers too.
