This 90 Minute class is intended to cover a wide array of commonly asked-about topics in a short amount of time. The intention behind a brief overview of several topics is to allow room for questions from everyone in the class. You will receive a fillable birth plan as well as an outline from the class for you to keep for home.

Our intention is to make the most out of your time with targeted topics and focused sessions that directly relate to identified questions, challenges, and goals.
Classes cover various topics from conception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, babywearing and many more. Come to as many or as few as you would like. We offer classes geared toward Dads, Grandparents and other caregivers too.
