This is a 2 hour one-on-one consult where you will get to go over a standard birth plan and customize it for your ideal birth. During this session you will go over what your standard birth of choice looks like. If you are birthing at the hospital it will be geared toward that, home birth and birth center will be geared toward that kind of birth scenario.

We talk about the importance of a plan and knowing your choices. This gives you time to truly have a doula for the day, if you decide at the end of this planning session that you do indeed want to have a doula at your birth, this session cost will go toward your birth doula cost.

Consider this a great way to get to know what a doula does and how much they truly know in terms of birth. This product is open for families birthing anywhere in the US and can be scheduled at various times of the day!
