Learning and Growing Together…

There can be SO MUCH to learn when having a baby and getting to know your new little one! The learning curve is rather steep even if you’ve had some experience. And there is a lot of information being presented to you from all angles! Allow us to guide you along the way with our educational offerings designed to give you the information you need when you need it. Our intention is to make the most out of your time with targeted topics and focused sessions that directly relate to identified questions, challenges, and goals.

Classes

Classes cover various topics from conception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, babywearing and many more. Come to as many or as few as you would like. We offer classes geared toward Dads, Grandparents and other caregivers too.

Workshops

Workshops will be scheduled throughout the year, these will vary in cost and length of time. Topics will focus on holistic postpartum care, fitness and nutrition, prenatal birth prep, and more. Check back for updated event schedules!

Private Classes
