Amy has limited availability and is working as a secondary (back-up) doula only
Enamored with pregnant bellies since childhood, Amy attended her first birth in 2001 as a college student - and has been in love with the season of pregnancy, the process of birthing and postpartum nurturing ever since. Amy has a wide range of experience in both the prenatal and postpartum realm. She has birthed three children, has attended births as a doula, and has been a birth assistant to a home birth midwife. Amy herself has had a hospital birth, home labor and birth center birth. Through a full term loss of her own in 2009, Amy has developed a passion for supporting people through pregnancy loss and the process of having subsequent pregnancies and births. When not talking birth and babies, Amy also raises two busy boys with her husband of 15 years, works as a pediatric occupational therapist in a local outpatient clinic, runs a non-profit for parents raising children with special needs, participates in mixed marital arts and all the outdoor fun of Montana.
